As of the 29th October Banyule Respiratory Clinic will no longer be funded as a Victorian State Govt GP Respiratory Clinic.

 

From November 1st, Interconnect Healthcare has commenced

running the clinic as a GP practice that will see patients with

respiratory symptoms.

You will be able to make appointments in the same way as you have previously. We will bulk bill pension & health care card holders and children under 16. For everyone else there will be an out-of-pocket fee

of $30 for a weekday consultation and $50 on Saturday, Sunday and all public holidays.

There is on street parking at the front of the clinic on Burgundy Street and there is another large car park within 200 metres. The clinic is also fully accessible.

The clinic will see patients with low acuity respiratory symptoms. Our clinic is designed for treatment of symptomatic patients (e.g. cough, sore throat, runny nose). We also see patients with other non-urgent medical conditions.

Patients can receive support and immediate management of their condition. We prefer patients to pre book an appointment through our online booking system.

To ensure patients are made to feel as welcome and comfortable as possible, the service will replicate the standard process of visiting a doctor. Please make sure you advise the staff if you have respiratory symptoms, so we can ensure you and the other patients in the clinic
are kept safe, and please wear a mask when you come to the clinic.

​All our team adhere to infection control guidelines and the use of PPE as per Victorian Government Guidelines.
